TIGER TIME.
Last night we headed to Onitsuka Tiger’s 60th birthday party.
In Japanese culture, being 60 isn’t just any birthday. It is an event of major significance laden with symbolism and honour. A time of celebration for having lived a complete 60-year ‘cycle of life’. To celebrate Onitsuka’s 60-year ‘cycle of life’ and the launch of their Autumn/Winter 2009 collection, Sampology spun a special ‘60 years in 60 minutes’ visual performance.
The sake, cute harajuku girls, and cocktails were a plenty.
